H. Lavity Stoutt College
Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
Planning and design of a central chilled water plant
for a new community college.
In the design of this plant, which is the only such chiller plant in the British Virgin Islands, attention was given to part load operating efficiency, expand ability for future growth, and maintainability using capabilities of local maintenance personnel.
