To begin the process, please call Jim Weaver at 317-464-9090 or Toll Free at 1-866-515-9090 with the following information:

  • The size of the facility


  • How the facility is used (manufacturing, school, office, retail, medical, etc.)


  • You will also need to be prepared to mail or fax 12 consecutive months of energy bills for all energy meters, excluding water.
