Custom Commercial Incentive Program
What it is
- The program officially begins 1 April 2008.
- The program will assist projects that do not fall within the bounds of the General Services Prescriptive Program rebates.
- The program serves existing and new construction General Service customers (North Rate 220, South Rate 120).
Examples of Custom Projects
- Heat recovery projects.
- HVAC or DHW system control projects.
- Outside air control.
- Insulation.
- Infrared heaters.
Examples of businesses that may benefit from the program
- Hospitals.
- Warehouses.
- Offices.
- Restaurants.
- Schools.
Goals of the program
- Maximum project incentive: $25,000.
- Maximum incremental cost: 50%.
- Maximum project cost: 30%
What to do?
- All projects must be screened for participation.
- DAE will assist customers with calculations of energy savings.
